Cover Up Tattoo
I was commissioned to design a cover up tattoo, that had to fully mask the previous design. It was made slightly easier as the client had a very specific idea of what they wanted in the design, as most people do with tattoo's; but aligning the new image over the old, whilst keeping the proportions, was a bit of a challenge.
It came out well though, client was pleased. I'll post up a picture of the finished piece once inked.

'Me ol mans' Logo. 'CB Leisure Solutions'
After many years of catering to 'the man', my dads finally decided to start up his own company, and has placed me in charge of all the branding/design elements of it.
After endless deliberation over the company name, I came up with this logo and business card design.

Design Package 'Velocity Trading'
Last year I was contacted by 'Velocity Trading', a fairly new collection of traders, with offices in London, Sydney, New York, Toronto, Auckland and Johannesburg. They specialized in 'Custom FX trading solutions' for small business's; now I'm not saying I understood exactly what that meant, but as the majority of the content was given to me it didn't really matter.
I was basically asked to put together a promotional packet of information of the services they offer, which was to be given to the perspective clients at the end of each proposal meeting, and to be used globally within the company.
Though the finish they were after was a bit more 'corporate' than my usual work, i always enjoy a good InDesign session, i mean who doesn't?...
I've never actually had a chance to see the final piece in physical form, but these are the designs that were used...

Back to reality
No nonsense holiday shirt.
Tekken!
So i've been in asia for the last 6 months, and loved every minute of it (mostly). It was the third time i've been over there now and it still astounds me just how different life out there really is.
My camera is full of fresh and beautiful reference material, and I'm looking forward to putting it to use, I'm aching to get painting again!

Flaxon Ptooch
Last month Paper Jukebox had another exhibition in the Flaxon Ptooch gallery in Kentish Town. Showcasing our 'Time' exhibition to a brand new audience in a brand new location.
The opening night drew quite the crowd, and with the buffet of free cocktails, the appearance of 'Flash Choir', and (what i can only describe as) a performance artist/musician, the night went down a success!
